What are the Health Benefits of Hemp Seed Butter?
Hemp seed butter is a type of spear made by blending non-GMO Soy Butter and Hemp Seed Oil with non-GMO Soy Butter to produce a buttery material that is extremely rich in essential fatty acids. Here are some of the benefits the butter offers:
1. Protein
Hemp seeds are a rich source of proteins, containing protein as much as soybeans. About 9.46 gm of protein can be found in every 30 gms or about three tablespoons of seeds. This means that it offers all nine essential amino acids.
2. Fiber
Most of the fiber present in the hemp seed lies in its external shell or the hull. Just three tablespoons of butter will give you 1.2 gms of fiber. Fibers are quite important for smooth gut health and weight management.
3. Improves the heart health of people
Hemp seeds contain a good amount of Omega-3s and a healthy ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty. According to the claims made by the medical community, the omega-3 fatty acids present in hemp seed butter helps in the improvement of the health of the heart and reduce the risk of issues such as heart disease and arrhythmias.
4. Unsaturated Fat
You might already know the health benefits polyunsaturated fats offer, especially omega-3 fatty acids. For example, hemp seeds contain a rich amount of Essen fatty acids like alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an omega-3.
5. Reduces inflammation
The amount of omega-3s in hemp seeds help in the reduction of inflammation in the body parts. Moreover, the hemp seed butter contains a good amount of gamma-linolenic acid, which is a
polyunsaturated fatty acid known for its anti-inflammatory effects.
These are some of the health benefits offered by hemp seed butter.
Nelly Mcmahen (verified owner) –
The deep green purity of this butter is spectacular, earth. Found no other on the internet or in stores (minus one in Illinois USA that is gross, milky green white, liquid “stony mills?” In internet) the best of hemp, where most hemp seeds and or hearts are sold in plastic, depleting and exterminating the health value. This butter and many others from right food only are what you need and are missing in your diet, gut and brain, your natural chemistry. What (I know in most USA) is not available and hard to find. Problem with health care In USA , hard to find right food only, hidden, taking away, where USA spends the most in health care with the least results of almost all countries and nations. Lacking many right foods, with the needed chemistry, brain flavors, heart saviors, right food only is helping bridge the gap of the missing foods/chemistry/medicine/nutrients not available anywhere else.
